I was so excited to read this book. I am fond of chess and it’s my all time favorite game. This book is very amazing, I had learned many tips from this book. The tricks used in this book were very tricky and need to practice more. I enjoyed every tricks and I had used some of it while playing. I had become the champ in chess in my locality. Many children came to ask me to tell them my secrets which make me feel happy.Well chess is a really challenging game and it’s very good for our brain too. If you want to learn chess then you can read this book. It is written in simple language so any one can read it and learn from it. Highly recommended. You will be amazed with these tricks.
Chess is an interesting play and international play. I was in chess club earlier, and I thought I was good, but I wanted to get more competitive. It has some rules of the game and some instructions on how to play it. Everything was discussed briefly. The book was quick and to the point, and I especially liked the sections on castling and closings. The diagrams were also very useful. I'm looking forward to trying out some of these strategies the next time I play a friend, or any other online player. Good book for beginners to learn about chess.
I like playing chess because it is a funny game and it really sharps my brain. I purchased this book for increasing my skill. This book discusses about the basic of chess and provides some strong tactics and strategies for winning. It were easy to remember and not so difficult. This is a superb book about chess and how to turn yourself from a beginner to a great player. The book starts from the basics like how does the board work and the significance of various pieces and goes onto explain various techniques. The book has been written very well and is easy to understand. The techniques explained keep getting complex and as a player the book keeps updating you level.Overall, I highly recommend this book.
Improving the playing technique and strength in chess is always a good way to win each game. I have this book to learned more and it never fails me. I got and know a lot of technique and tactics now. I am excited playing my next game and apply what I learned. I will share this book to my husband who also loves to play chess so much.
Excellent book about chess but you have to love chess to understand what is going on. In some of the examples i set up my chessboard to follow the moves and some of the games were fantastic. Anyway when you learn under the Grandmasters you will pick up something new. All in all an excellent book
Wow. Bad. You get a glued and sealed pamphlet basically with very basic beginner info about chess. Not for serious players. For the price I honestly couldn’t believe what I got.
Well, it's never too late to learn how to play chess at my age of 35, lol..... I've heard that one of the smartest game is Chess. And yes I am agree with that. Now, this book is my great guide, my basic tutorial in learning Chess. It's kinda fun in playing Chess after reading this book. You can learn the techniques and best moves here. Someday, I will let my son to play Chess with the help of this book.
