Poor editing.
I borrowed this book via KU because my son needed some material on his report about the Third Reich and the factors that led to the second World War. Yup, KU has become my own personal library. Gotta love free books!This book perfectly summarizes the rise and fall of mein fuhrer and the Nazi Party - their ascent to power, their attempt to conquer the world, their defeat, and Hitler's trial at Nuremberg. Sure, all of these things can be read from a Wikipedia entry... but that would be too long, and in a way, too disjointed. This book presents the important events in a very easy-to-understand format simplified by stylistic illustrations (which have similar feel to the animation style of South Park) that makes the assimilation of the information herein even more effective and very enjoyable. The book did a great job in pinpointing the salient events in that period of history, explaining them in terms that anyone can understand and in an exposition that is both fun and educational, and simplifying the chronology of events in a manner that is far from confusing.This book is perfect for students and for people who just want to learn more about that dark chapter in our history.AAA+++ from me and an additional star from my 13 year old!
I loved this book because it tells you history in an easy understandible way
